•  Suite 208 (square footage 581) Monthly rent is $ 630.00
•  Suite 209 (square footage 613) Monthly rent is $ 664.00

12 month Lease/ Security Deposit (equal to first month rent)

Rent includes: water/sewer, electric, gas,
garbage and parking lot plowing.
